I support individuals who feel called toward deeper growth yet find themselves repeating patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or burnout. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, nervous system awareness, and metaphysical coaching principles — all explored through an embodied lens.
What psychology might describe as conditioning or subconscious patterning, an embodied perspective speaks of as inner alignment, and neuroscience recognises as rewiring lived experience. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you reconnect with your own inner authority, clarity, and self-trust.

People who find me have already explored personal development, or spiritual growth, and worked hard to change their mindset, yet something deeper still feels unresolved. Much of this work involves gently bringing unconscious patterns, (what Swiss Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, Carl Jung, called the shadow) into your awareness so they can be integrated rather than fought against.
My approach brings together neuroscience-informed tools, emotional awareness, and metaphysical coaching principles, explored through an embodied lens so change becomes lived and not just understood.
Why I Do This Work
My journey into coaching and mentoring didn’t come from having all the answers. It came from learning to sit with the deeper questions.
I imagine that like you, I reached a point where traditional personal development felt incomplete. Mindset work alone wasn’t enough. Spiritual concepts felt inspiring but ungrounded from real, lived change. I began exploring the bridge between psychology, neuroscience, and embodied awareness. In the process, discovering that transformation happens not only through thinking differently, but through experiencing life differently.
Over time, I came to understand that many of the struggles we face like self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or feeling out of alignment, these are not personal failures, but patterns shaped by our conditioning and lived experience. What is commonly described as shadow work, I see as so much more because it is the process of bringing awareness to what has been hidden so it can be integrated with self-love, compassion and clarity.
Today, my work is grounded in the belief that lasting growth comes from reconnecting with your own inner authority. I don’t position myself as someone who fixes or heals others. Rather, I hold space for people to rediscover the parts of themselves that already carry their wisdom, resilience, and truth.

My work blends practical coaching tools with deeper embodied awareness. I draw from neuroscience-informed approaches, emotional insight, and metaphysical coaching principles to help you understand not just what is changing, but how change becomes lived and integrated over time.
Where psychology might speak of patterns or conditioning, an embodied perspective speaks of alignment, and neuroscience recognises the brain’s capacity for change through lived experience. Rather than separating science and spirituality, I explore how these perspectives can complement one another in a grounded and practical way.
Each session is collaborative and client-led. I don’t offer quick fixes or prescriptive formulas. Instead, I create space for insight, awareness, and meaningful personal growth that feels authentic to you.
